Tweetium beta app for Windows Phone 8.1 now available

Tweetium app is a popular twitter client that was only available for Windows 8.1 users from the Windows Store until yesterday. But Tweetuim has released a beta version of the app for Windows Phone 8.1 too and the app is now live on Windows Phone Store. Tweetium app on Windows 8.1 or Windows Phone 8.1 makes using twitter even more easier and faster.

The app runs only on Windows Phone 8.1. Uers who already own Tweetium on Windows 8.1 need not buy the app again to download it o their Windows Phone 8.1. When they decide to download the app on their Windows Phone too and if there appears a ‘Buy‘ option instead of ‘Install‘, click on ‘Buy‘. Then they will be informed that they already purchased the app.

SONY Android 4.4 update for Xperia Z Ultra, Xperia Z1 and Xperia Z1 Compact

SONY has rolled out an update for its smartphones- Xperia Z Ultra, Xperia Z1 and Xperia Compact which includes the new Google’s Android 4.4 version. This update results in some neat features and adds a few performance tweaks says SONY. The additional features that the company will make available to its users are listed below:

• Android 4.4 Kitkat:

  Sony provides an option to upgrade to the Google’s new Android 4.4 Kitkat for these Xperia Z Ultra, Xperia Compact and Xperia Z1 devices.

• A tweaked status bar and Quick Settings 

  This new status bar can be now customized and has the flexibility of letting the user choose which notifications are to be displayed. So by this, the user can cut off all the clutter and have only those notifications which are really needed.

• Sleek launch animation and live wallpaper for Sony PlayStation 4:

  Across the lock and home screens, Sony added the new sleek launch animation and live wallpaper for its PlayStation 4.
